Our claims and support services department is here to provide you with the highest level of customer service to see that your changes and needs are handled quickly. Please use any of the forms below for any changes or questions you may have.
If you experience a loss, we have provided the following information to assist you. If it is after business hours, please call the company on your policy. To better assist you, your insurance company would provide to you a 24 hour claim reporting number on your policy. Prior to calling, please have your policy number available for the claims adjuster. To report a claim, call Berger Insurance Services, Inc. at 863-763-6411 or fill out our Online Claim Form.
